Yes — that's how most families use it. Pump the drops onto a spoon, or straight into yogurt, porridge, a smoothie or milk. Give it with a meal that contains at least a little fat for the best absorption, and avoid adding it to hot food.
It is suitable for children from 3 years. Children 3–12 years: 14 drops daily (omega-3 250 mg, D3 400 IU, K2 5 µg). Children over 12 years: 14–28 drops daily. The dose can be adjusted individually according to age, health status and the recommendation of your paediatrician or a nutrition professional.
The lemon version is flavoured only with organic cold-pressed Sicilian lemon oil — no sugar or sweeteners. If your child dislikes any flavour, choose the unflavoured version with organic coconut MCT oil. Parents' favourite trick: keep the bottle in the fridge, cold oil tastes noticeably milder.
Fish don't produce omega-3 — they get it from microalgae. We go straight to the source: premium microalgae oil (Schizochytrium sp.) with an excellent EPA to DHA ratio, free from the contaminants that accumulate in the marine food chain, and suitable for vegans. The bottle is flushed with nitrogen before sealing, so the oil stays fresh and never tastes fishy.
They work as a team. Vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium from food, and vitamin K2 helps regulate where that calcium goes — into teeth and bones rather than soft tissue. With long-term vitamin D supplementation, it makes sense to increase K2 intake accordingly.
